The Inn
The Inn is a small B&B with 4 rooms in the historic part of the main house and one room in the new addition. The entrance and (tiny) front-desk where you check in are here. There are also 2 breakfast rooms and a living room.
GROUND LEVEL:
Room 4: nice and spacious, recently redecorated, Full Size & twin bed. Private bathroom with full bathtub and shower. Maximum # of adults: 3.
Room 5: sleek room, located in the 1998 addition to the B&B, ground level, has one Queen size bed, a private bathroom w/shower and a separate entrance via the deck. Modern type room with AC, TV, WiFi, and DVD-player.
UPSTAIRS (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms*):
Room 1: roomy and redecorated in a ‘maritime’ style, Full Size bed, comfortable sofa, still room for a roll-away bed. Maximum # of adults: 2 (plus a child onthe sofa).
Room 2: two antique four poster Full Size beds. Maximum # of adults: 4.
Room 3: smaller size room, country inn style, with one Full Size bed. Maximum # of adults: 2.
*One bathroom has a shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a toilet, a full bathtub and shower. Renting 2 rooms on this floor or all 3 rooms means you will have your own bathroom(s). All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.
The Motel
The motel is situated next to the main house by the swimming pool and contains 6 rooms and a utility room.
All rooms have two beds, a Full Size and a Queen, except for Room# 1*. The rooms are very spacious (14’x26′) and well-equipped with full bath w/shower. They offer also: a refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, hair-dryer, Quiet A/C, wired and wireless high-speed internet connection for all your devices, and Cable TV with 72+ channels.
Room 1 is handicapped accessible and has a Queen and a Twin and a extra large bathroom with ‘drive-in’ shower.
